1. Start with the AI Setup Agent

2. Refine your setup

6. Enable payments and billing

Go to Payments to:
  • Connect Stripe for online card payments
  • Enable offline payments (cash/bank transfer)

  • Issue refunds via the Orders page

7. Reduce no-shows

Under Organization Menu → Settings → Notifications, enable:
  • Booking confirmations
  • Cancellation emails
  • Reschedule notices
In each Service → Notifications, turn on the reminder toggle
to send automated reminder emails before appointments. This significantly improves attendance reliability.

8. Use QR check-in (optional)

Enable QR-Code Check-In in your service or event settings. Patients receive a QR code in their confirmation email
You can scan it on arrival using any device with a camera.

Use Calendar to:
