Tracked Units

Track identical items (e.g., 5 bikes or 3 rooms) in Left Menu > MANAGE > Resources > [Resource Name] > Booking Capacity:

• Select “Multiple Units (Tracked)”.
• Name each unit (e.g., “Room 1”).
• Decide if clients choose a unit or you assign it.

This prevents overbooking and keeps inventory clear.
