1. Start with the AI Setup Agent

Describe your venue or event to Oskar — for example:
“We run a venue with two halls and host concerts on weekends.”
Oskar creates a draft setup with sample halls, ticketed events, and pricing.
You can adjust everything in the live preview.

2. Refine your setup

Rename halls or rooms, update ticket prices, upload your logo, and set your cover images.
Click Proceed with this setup when your Booking Page preview looks right.

3. Add halls, rooms, and equipment

In Resources:
  • Add each stage, hall, room, or breakout space
  • Add technical equipment if you want to block it during events (e.g., projector, PA system)
  • Set availability and blocked times via Schedule & Availability
If you have identical rooms (e.g., “Workshop Room 1–3”), use Sub-Resources so Oskar can track each unit.

4. Add staff and teams

Add technicians, security staff, volunteers, facilitators, or performers in Staff:
  • Set their availability
  • Assign which events or services they are linked to
  • Control what they can manage using roles and permissions
This ensures people cannot be double-booked across overlapping events.

5. Create ticketed events

Use Events & Classes to create:
  • Concerts
  • Theater performances
  • Conference sessions
  • Workshops
  • Repeated shows
  • Multi-day festival sessions (up to 100 dates)
For each event, you can:
  • Add ticket types (e.g. “Standard” and “VIP”)
  • Set capacity
  • Require payment or make it free
  • Add an image, description, and location
  • Assign staff and resources to avoid conflicts

Waitlists

Enable waitlists so attendees can sign up if the event is full.
Use Auto-offer to automatically send claim links when spots open.

6. Set up payments

In Organization Menu → Settings → Payment & Checkout:
  • Connect Stripe for online payments
  • Set currency and taxes
  • Allow deposits (event-level)
  • Enable offline payment if needed
All ticket sales appear under
Left Menu → MANAGE → Orders,
where you can refund or filter payments.

7. Use QR codes for fast check-in

Enable QR codes in your event:
  • Go to Events → [Your Event] → Payment & Checkout
  • Toggle Enable QR Check-In
Staff can then scan attendees on arrival from:
  • The event’s attendee list (Scan button)
  • Quick Actions → Scan QR Code
Attendance updates instantly in the admin interface.

8. Communicate with attendees

Oskar automatically sends:
  • Booking confirmations
  • Payment receipts
  • Reminder emails (when enabled in the service/event)
  • Cancellation confirmations
You manage email templates and sender details in
Notifications.
