2. Refine your setup
Rename halls or rooms, update ticket prices, upload your logo, and set your cover images.Click Proceed with this setup when your Booking Page preview looks right.
3. Add halls, rooms, and equipment
In Resources:- Add each stage, hall, room, or breakout space
- Add technical equipment if you want to block it during events (e.g., projector, PA system)
- Set availability and blocked times via Schedule & Availability
4. Add staff and teams
Add technicians, security staff, volunteers, facilitators, or performers in Staff:- Set their availability
