Recommended Setup
-
Chat with Oskar
Describe your coworking space in plain language — for example:
“We run a coworking studio with 15 desks and two meeting rooms available by the hour.”
Oskar automatically generates a draft setup with sample resources, services, and pricing, and displays a live preview of your booking page.
-
Refine your setup
Adjust desk and room names, revise pricing, upload your logo or space image, and choose your layout.
When the preview looks correct, click Proceed with this setup to activate your system.
-
Add resources
In Left Menu → MANAGE → Resources, create each desk, meeting room, or private office.
- Use sub-resources / tracked units for identical desks (“Desk 1–15”).
- Add availability, time-off, and maintenance buffers in Schedule & Availability.
- Organise resources by category (e.g., “Desks,” “Meeting Rooms”).
-
Define services
In Left Menu → MANAGE → Services, create booking options such as:
- Hot Desk – Day Pass
- Hot Desk – Hourly
- Meeting Room – 2 Hours
- Private Office – Day Pass
Assign each service to the correct desks or rooms so availability syncs automatically.
Add Extras (like projector, coffee credits, or parking) in the service’s Extras section.
-
Set your location and publish
Add your workspace address in
Organization Menu → Settings → Locations
(e.g., “Downtown Hub”).
Then open your Booking Page, make a test booking, verify email confirmations, and share your public link, QR code, or embed snippet on your website.
Result
Your coworking space is live — desk and room bookings, extras, and scheduling all managed in one calm, connected system.
