  1. Chat with Oskar
    Describe your space — for example:
    “We run a coworking studio with 15 desks and two meeting rooms available by the hour.”
    Oskar creates your draft setup automatically with sample desks, services, and pricing.
  2. Refine your setup
    Rename desks or rooms, adjust rates, and upload your logo or workspace image.
    When the preview feels right, click Proceed with this setup.
  3. Add resources
    In Left Menu → MANAGE → Resources, create each desk, room, or office.
    Use sub-resources or tracked units for identical desks.
    Add availability and cleaning buffers in Schedule & Availability.
  4. Define services
    In Services, create hourly or daily options such as “Hot Desk,” “Meeting Room – 2 Hours,” or “Private Office – Day Pass.”
    Assign resources to each service so availability syncs automatically.
  5. Add locations and publish
    Set your site location in Organization Menu → Settings → Locations
    (for example, “Downtown Hub”).
    Then open your Booking Page, make a test booking, and share your link or embed code on your website.

Result:
Your coworking space is live — desks, rooms, and bookings all managed in one calm, connected system.
