Waitlists for Events & Courses
Never turn clients away again. When an event is full, they can join a waitlist instead.- Set a waitlist capacity (or leave it unlimited).
- Enable auto-offers to automatically email the next client in line with a 12-hour claim link.
- Manage the queue directly from your event or occurrence — see the Waitlist link in the Booked Slots panel.
- Manual options let you issue, resend, or expire offers whenever you need.
QR Code Check-Ins (and Check-Outs)
Professional, touch-free entry for events, courses, and even regular bookings.- Enable in Payment & Checkout settings for any event or service.
- Clients receive a unique QR code in their confirmation email.
- Staff can scan codes from the Quick Actions > Scan QR Code tool or from the Scan button in the event attendee list.
- Works on any device with a camera and a browser logged into Oskar — no special app required.
- Each code also includes a manual fallback in case the camera isn’t available.
- Track attendance in real time: mark participants Checked In and later Check Out for a complete overview of who joined and when.
Pending Orders
Transparency for every booking in progress.- Slots are reserved for 15 minutes while clients complete checkout.
- Internal bookings by admins also create a 15-minute hold — even if interrupted or the tab is closed.
- Pending orders are now visible in the system, so you can return, edit, and complete them before they expire.
