Not every booking finishes instantly. Pending orders hold appointments temporarily, so you and your clients never lose a spot mid-checkout.

How It Works for Clients:

  • When a service, event, or class is added to the cart, Oskar reserves the slot for 15 minutes.
  • If payment isn’t completed in time, the slot is released automatically.

How It Works for Admins:

  • When you start creating a booking internally, Oskar also reserves the slot for 15 minutes.
  • Even if you get interrupted (e.g., a phone call, a walk-in, or closing the tab), the reservation remains.
  • Pending orders are now visible in the system. You can return, edit, and complete them before the 15 minutes expire.
This prevents accidental double bookings and gives you full transparency into what’s happening behind the scenes.
