You’ll find these options under MANAGE → Resources → [Resource Name] → Booking Capacity.

Capacity Types

Single Booking

For exclusive one-on-one sessions.
Only one client can book each time slot.
Ideal for: haircuts, massages, private coaching.

Shared Booking

For flexible sessions where multiple clients share a time slot.
Set a Total capacity to limit simultaneous bookings.
Ideal for: co-working day passes, open gym access.

Multiple Units (Tracked Units)

For identical items tracked individually, such as rooms, bikes, or desks.
Each unit can be booked independently.
You can name units (e.g. “Desk 1,” “Bike A”) and choose whether clients select a specific unit or let Oskar assign one automatically.

Event or Course Booking

For fixed-time group sessions with limited capacity.
Clients join a scheduled event rather than choosing their own time.
Ideal for: workshops, classes, or retreats.

Notes

  • Capacity applies per resource. Linked services or events follow the same limits.
  • When using Multiple Units, availability depends on how many units are free.
  • Event capacity can be changed anytime before bookings open.

Setting capacity correctly ensures smooth scheduling — no double-bookings, no confusion.
