You can control the visibility of each resource, service, or event directly from your Booking Page settings. Open Booking Page settings →

Quick Start

  1. Go to MANAGE → Booking Page.
  2. Select Front page.
  3. Find the list of Resources, Services, or Events.
  4. Click the eye icon 👁️ next to any item to show or hide it.

Visibility Options

🚫 Eye crossed outHiddenItem is invisible to clients but still available in admin view.

Admin-Only Items

To keep internal resources private, set them to Admin Only.
These items stay hidden from the public Booking Page but remain accessible for staff scheduling or internal management.

Integrating with Advanced Customization

Hidden items remain editable in admin views and can be styled via the new Appearance Editor (e.g., apply custom CSS to visible sections only).
