If your Booking Page is empty and services, resources, or events aren’t showing, let’s pinpoint the issue! Here are the top causes and quick fixes to get your offerings live:

  • Cause 1: No Resources, Services, or Events Created (or All Deleted)
    If your Booking Page is blank, you likely haven’t created any resources (like staff or rooms), services (like haircuts), or events (like yoga classes)—or you might have deleted all existing ones. Head to Left Menu > MANAGE > Resources, Services, or Events and click + Add to create one. It doesn’t matter which you start with, but you need at least one to make your page bookable. The MANAGE section is for both setup and daily tasks, so don’t skip it!
  • Cause 2: Missing Resource Links
    Ensure services are linked to a resource in Left Menu > MANAGE > Resources > Services. For example, a “Haircut” service needs a resource like “Barber Joe” assigned to show up.
  • Cause 3: Items Hidden from View
    Check that items are visible (eye icon not struck through) in Organization Menu (top left) > Customize Booking Page. Hidden items won’t appear to clients.
  • Cause 4: No Availability Set
    Set working hours for resources in Left Menu > MANAGE > Resources > Schedule & Availability. Without hours, resources and their linked services won’t be bookable.
  • Cause 5: Booking Page Not Published
    Verify your Booking Page is live in Organization Menu (top left) > Customize Booking Page. An unpublished page won’t display anything to clients.

**Pro Tip: **After adding or checking items, preview your Booking Page in Organization Menu (top left) > View Booking Page to see what clients see. Start with one resource, service, or event to keep it simple!
