Quick Start

  1. Left menu → MANAGE → Resources
  2. Select a Resource (staff, room, or equipment)
  3. Open Schedule & Availability
  4. Set Working hours for recurring availability
  5. Add Days off or Time blocks for exceptions
  6. Save to apply changes

Working Hours

  • Define recurring weekly hours for each resource.
  • Apply to specific weekdays and time ranges.
  • Use Copy to… (if available) to reuse a pattern.

Time Blocks

  • In Schedule & Availability → Add time block, create short, non-bookable periods such as breaks or admin time.
  • Set Date, Start–End, and optional Reason.
  • Save to block those times from client bookings.

Holidays & Closures

  • Use Add time block to create all-day or multi-day closures.
  • When supported, choose Applies to and select multiple resources to block them at once.

Notes

  • A resource without availability cannot be booked.
  • Time blocks override working hours for the selected period.
  • If calendar sync is enabled, imported events also block availability.

Troubleshooting

  • Not bookable? Confirm the resource has working hours, no full-day block, and is Published.
  • Ensure at least one Service is linked and capacity > 0.
  • Verify that the resource timezone matches your business settings.
