ServiceThe activity or offering clients book and pay for — such as a haircut, massage, or training session.
Event / ClassA group session with a defined schedule and capacity — for example, a yoga class, workshop, or seminar.
BookingA confirmed reservation combining a service or event with a resource and time slot.
Add-onAn optional extra that can be added to a service for an additional price.
CapacityThe maximum number of people or bookings allowed for a resource or service at one time.
BufferExtra time automatically added before or after a booking for setup, cleaning, or transition.
DepositA partial payment collected at the time of booking; the balance is paid later.
Cancellation PolicyThe rules that define if and when a client can cancel and whether a fee applies.
StaffTeam members who deliver services or manage resources.
