Choose how clients pay in Organization Menu (top left) > Settings > Payment & Checkout:
  • Online: Enable Stripe for secure credit‑card payments. Oskar handles the integration so you can accept payments instantly.
  • Offline: Allow cash, bank transfers, or other manual methods. Mark bookings as paid when you receive payment.
  • Taxes & Currency: Set tax rates and currency to match your locale for clarity.
Activate payment options for each service or event individually in Left Menu > MANAGE > Services or Events > Payment & Checkout. Need a free offering? Simply set the price to $0 or disable payments entirely.

Deposits & Partial Payments

Today, Oskar supports full payments at checkout, ensuring clients pay up front for services or events. Features like “20% now, 80% later” or split payments are planned but not yet available. When you need to refund a client, process the refund directly via Stripe in Left Menu > MANAGE > Orders. Oskar sends an email confirmation to the client, and payouts follow Stripe’s standard timelines.
