Create bookings on the spot for walk-ins, phone requests, or time blocks you manage yourself.
You can add both regular service appointments and event attendees directly from the calendar.

Add a Regular Booking

  1. In the Calendar, click Add booking (top right).
  2. Select Regular booking.
  3. Choose a Resource (staff, room, or equipment) and a Service linked to it.
  4. Pick a Date and time using the date picker or by clicking an empty slot in the calendar.
  5. Add Extras if available (e.g., towel service, mat rental). The total updates automatically.
  6. Click Add booking to confirm.
If payment is required, the client receives a link to pay online or instructions to pay on arrival, depending on the service’s settings.

Add an Event Booking

  1. In the Add booking modal, select Event booking.
  2. Choose the Event from upcoming sessions.
  3. Select a Ticket type (if multiple options exist) and quantity.
  4. Enter or search for the Customer. Existing customers auto-fill; new ones can be created instantly.
  5. Click Add booking to confirm.
The customer receives a confirmation email with event details and a QR code if check-in is enabled.
You can edit attendee details or view the guest list from the event panel in the Calendar or Events section.

Multi-Booking

For multiple back-to-back appointments (e.g., a haircut and massage), use the Multi-Booking & Cart feature.
You can add several services, events, or resources to a single cart and check out in one step.

Notes

  • Bookings created manually appear instantly in the calendar and adjust resource availability.
  • You can modify or cancel them anytime by selecting the booking in the calendar view.
  • Payments and notifications follow each service’s default settings.
