You can add both regular service appointments and event attendees directly from your calendar. Open Calendar →
Add a Regular Booking
- In the Calendar, click Add booking (top right).
- Choose Regular booking.
- Pick a Resource (staff, room, or equipment).
- Select a Service linked to that resource.
- Choose the Date and time using the picker or by clicking an available slot.
- Add Extras (if the service offers them). Pricing updates automatically.
- Click Add booking to confirm.
- a payment link (for online payments), or
- on-site instructions (for offline/cash bookings).
Add an Event Booking
- In the Add booking modal, select Event booking.
- Choose the Event from upcoming sessions.
- Select a Ticket type (if multiple tiers exist).
- Search for an existing Customer or create a new one.
- Confirm by clicking Add booking.
