Every booking needs a clear where — whether it’s a physical studio or an online meeting link.
You can manage all locations under:
Top Left Menu → Settings → Locations

Add a New Location

Click + Create Location to add:

Physical Locations

  • Street address (e.g., “123 Main Street”)
  • City, ZIP, and country
  • Optional contact details (phone, email)
Perfect for studios, offices, clinics, coworking spaces, gyms, or rentals.

Digital Locations

  • Video call links (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Teams)
  • Webinar links or virtual classroom URLs
Ideal for coaches, tutors, consultations, and online events.

Assign Locations to Resources

Once created, assign each location to the correct resource under:
Left Menu → MANAGE → Resources → Basic Information
For example:
  • “Massage Room A” → Main Studio
  • “Yoga Instructor Anna” → Zoom (Online Session)
  • “Meeting Room 2” → Campus North Building
This ensures clients always see the correct location during booking.

What Clients See

Your chosen location appears:
  • On the Booking Page
  • In confirmation and reminder emails
  • In calendar invites (if synced)
  • Inside the client’s booking details
Clear instructions = fewer questions and fewer no-shows.
