You can manage all locations under:
Top Left Menu → Settings → Locations
Add a New Location
Click + Create Location to add:Physical Locations
- Street address (e.g., “123 Main Street”)
- City, ZIP, and country
- Optional contact details (phone, email)
Digital Locations
- Video call links (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Teams)
- Webinar links or virtual classroom URLs
Assign Locations to Resources
Once created, assign each location to the correct resource under:Left Menu → MANAGE → Resources → Basic Information For example:
- “Massage Room A” → Main Studio
- “Yoga Instructor Anna” → Zoom (Online Session)
- “Meeting Room 2” → Campus North Building
What Clients See
Your chosen location appears:- On the Booking Page
- In confirmation and reminder emails
- In calendar invites (if synced)
- Inside the client’s booking details
