- Why can’t clients see my services? Have a look at this article.
- How do I know when a client books? Get email or in-app notifications set in Organization Menu (top left) > Settings > Notifications. Check Left Menu > MAIN > Dashboard or Orders.
- What if two people book the same slot? OskarOS prevents double bookings automatically. For groups, use shared booking in Left Menu > MANAGE > Resources > Booking Capacity.
- How do I hide items? Set to “Admin Only” in Organization Menu (top left) > Customize Booking Page.
- What happens if I delete a resource/service? Existing bookings stay; new ones can’t be made.
