Payment Options

  • Payment methods — Connect Stripe to accept cards and wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay.
    Enable offline payments (cash, invoice, or bank transfer) for in-person transactions.
    For each service or event, decide whether payment is due upfront or on arrival.
  • Taxes & fees — Add VAT, sales tax, or service fees. Choose whether tax is included in prices or added at checkout.
    Apply taxes globally or override them per service.
  • Add-ons & extras — Offer optional items like “Towel Service” or “Yoga Mat Rental.”
    Oskar updates totals instantly when extras are selected.
  • Receipts & confirmations — After payment, Oskar shows a Payment Completed screen where you can email a receipt.
    Receipts include total, tax, and payment method. Order statuses update automatically.

Integrations

Step by Step

  1. Open Settings → Payment & Checkout from the left menu.
    Connect your Stripe account or enable offline methods like cash or bank transfer.
  2. Set payment rules per service or event.
    In each Payment & Checkout section, choose whether payment is required upfront or on arrival.
    Enable deposits or select offline options. QR Check-in can also be toggled here.
  3. Define pricing & taxes.
    Set base prices, variants (for example by duration or staff), and any taxes or fees.
    Add deposit rules if needed.
  4. Record payments.
    From the Orders page, open an order and click Take Payment.
    Choose the payment method and confirm the amount.
    Send receipts instantly from the Payment Completed window.
  5. Track revenue.
    Use Dashboard or Payments reports to view income by period, service, or staff.
    Unpaid orders and pending refunds appear automatically for follow-up.
