Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further.
You decide which ones are visible, in which order they appear, and how clients start their booking journey. Open Booking Page settings →
Overview
Your Booking Page can display up to three sections:- Resources – e.g., “Barber Joe,” “Room A”
- Services – e.g., “Haircut,” “Massage”
- Events – e.g., “Yoga Class,” “Workshop”
Quick Start
- Go to Organization Menu (top left) → Customize Booking Page.
- Select the Front Page section.
- Use the eye icon 👁️ to show or hide Resources, Services, or Events.
- If all eyes for a section are turned off → the entire section disappears from the client view.
- Drag individual elements to rearrange their order.
- Click Save — changes apply instantly.
What Clients See First
Whichever visible section appears at the top becomes the first step in the booking flow.Events First
Best for: classes, workouts, workshops, toursClients see upcoming dates → pick a ticket → book.
Services First
Best for: salons, wellness, coaching, clinicsClients pick a service → select a resource (if applicable) → choose a time.
Resources First
Best for: coworking spaces, rentals, staff-first workflowsClients choose a resource → pick a service → select a time.
Visibility Settings
Use the eye icons to control what appears on your Booking Page.| Icon | Meaning | Result |
|---|---|---|
| 👁️ Eye open | Visible | Section appears on the Booking Page. |
| 🚫 Eye crossed out | Hidden | Section is removed from the client view. |
If you want clients to always start by choosing a service:
→ Hide Resources and Events, leaving only Services visible.
Why It Matters
A clean, focused Booking Page increases conversions.Choose the flow that matches your business model:
- Event-based → Events on top
- Service-based → Services on top
- Resource-based → Resources on top
