- What Clients See First:
- If Events are visible: Clients see a list of events (e.g., “Yoga Class on Friday”) on the front page. They pick one, see the details (like time and price), and sign up for a spot.
- If Services are visible: Clients see a list of services (e.g., “Haircut” or “Massage”) on the front page. They pick one, then choose a resource (if needed) and a time.
- If Resources are visible: Clients see a list of resources (e.g., “Barber Joe” or “Room A”) on the front page. They pick one, then see the services tied to that resource (e.g., “Haircut”), and finally pick a time.
- How to Choose What Shows:
- Look for the eye icon next to Resources, Services, and Events in Customize Booking Page.
- Eye Open (not struck through): That item shows on the front page for clients to start booking.
- Eye Struck Through: That item is hidden, so clients can’t start booking from there.
- Example: Want clients to see only services on the front page? Go to Customize Booking Page, find Resources and Events, and strike through the eye icon for both. Now only the Services section (like “Haircut”) will show up for clients to pick first.
- Why It Matters: Hiding sections makes your Booking Page simple and focused, so clients can book without confusion!
