Dedicated team management is coming shortly! Meanwhile manage your team as resources to keep schedules organized. In Left Menu > MANAGE > Resources > + Add Resource:

  • Add each team member’s name, photo, and availability in Schedule & Availability.
  • If needed: Set time zones for remote staff to ensure accurate bookings.
  • Group staff (e.g., “Downtown Team”) in Basic Information tab for clarity.

Control visibility by setting resources to “Admin Only” in Organization Menu (top left) > Customize Booking Page or unpublishing in Resources > Basic Information.
