Measure What Matters

Oskar’s analytics dashboard gives you a clear, real-time view of your business performance.
Access it under Left Menu → MAIN → Dashboard → Analytics.
Here’s what you’ll find:

Total bookings

See the number of appointments and event registrations within your selected time range.
Track growth week-over-week or month-over-month.

Total revenue

View gross income from all paid bookings, broken down by service, event, or resource.
Instantly spot what drives the most revenue.

Number of clients

Measure how many unique customers booked with you — and how this changes over time.

Average booking value

See how much revenue each booking generates on average.
Use this to assess pricing, extras, or bundles.
Pro Tip:
If your average value increases when clients add extras, highlight add-ons in checkout or group them as bundles to encourage upsells.

Activity Log

Track every admin action for transparency and audits—now live in your dashboard.
  • Logged Actions: Customer updates, order edits, bookings, payments, and account modifications.
  • Detailed Views: Includes timestamps, user info, and searchable filters (e.g., by date, action type, or user).
  • Export Ready: Download reports in CSV or PDF for compliance or record-keeping.
