For events, offer tiered pricing (e.g., “General Admission” or “VIP”) in Left Menu > MANAGE > Events:
  • Toggle on Custom Pricing Options.
  • Add up to 20 tiers with names, slot counts, prices, and tax rates.
  • Cap slots based on resource capacity (e.g., room size).
For services, use flexible pricing in Left Menu > MANAGE > Services > Payment & Checkout for duration-based costs (e.g., $10/hour).
