2. Refine Your Setup
Rename desks or rooms, upload your logo or cover image, and adjust your pricing.When everything looks right, click Proceed with this setup.
3. Define Desks, Rooms & Shared Areas
Go to Left Menu → MANAGE → Resources:- Add each desk, meeting room, or shared space as a resource
- Use categories to group similar rooms
- Use sub-resources / tracked units for identical desks (“Desk 1–20”)
- Set availability, time-off, and maintenance blocks under Schedule & Availability
4. Create Services and Pricing
In Left Menu → MANAGE → Services, create bookable options such as:- “Hot Desk – Day Pass”

Extras automatically update the booking total.

6. Enable Payments
Go to Organization Menu → Settings → Payment & Checkout:- Connect Stripe for online payments
