Who It’s For

Coworking spaces, shared offices, serviced offices, meeting rooms, and flexible workspace providers.

Key Challenges & Needs

  • Managing hourly, daily, or weekly bookings for desks and rooms
  • Keeping multiple meeting rooms and shared spaces conflict-free
  • Handling add-ons like coffee, equipment, or parking
  • Managing different resources (desks, rooms, equipment, staff) in one platform
  • Clear, reliable scheduling across the whole workspace

1. Start with the AI Setup Agent

Tell Oskar what you offer — for example:
“We run a coworking hub with 20 desks and three meeting rooms.”
Oskar creates your first draft with resources, service types, and a live preview of your booking page.

2. Refine Your Setup

Rename desks or rooms, upload your logo or cover image, and adjust your pricing.
When everything looks right, click Proceed with this setup.

3. Define Desks, Rooms & Shared Areas

Go to Left Menu → MANAGE → Resources:
  • Add each desk, meeting room, or shared space as a resource
  • Use categories to group similar rooms
  • Use sub-resources / tracked units for identical desks (“Desk 1–20”)
  • Set availability, time-off, and maintenance blocks under Schedule & Availability
This ensures every desk and room has clean, conflict-free scheduling.

4. Create Services and Pricing

In Left Menu → MANAGE → Services, create bookable options such as:
  • “Hot Desk – Day Pass”
  • “Meeting Room – 1 Hour”
  • “Quiet Room – 2 Hours”
  • “Podcast Studio – 1 Hour”
Link each service to the appropriate desk or room resources. You can also add extras (e.g., projector, locker, coffee) using the Extras section inside the service.
Extras automatically update the booking total.

5. Add Events & Community Sessions

Use MANAGE → Events to promote:
  • networking events
  • workshops
  • member meetups
  • community talks
Events can have:
  • images
  • capacity
  • multiple ticket types
  • recurring schedules (up to 100 dates)
  • optional waitlists
  • optional QR check-ins

6. Enable Payments

Go to Organization Menu → Settings → Payment & Checkout:
  • Connect Stripe for online payments
  • OR use offline payments (cash, bank transfer)
  • Configure tax rules
  • Set cancellation policies inside each service under Payment & Checkout
Clients can pay when booking, or you can take payment on arrival.

7. Share & Test Your Booking Page

Preview your booking page, try booking a desk or room, and confirm:
  • availability
  • pricing
  • confirmation email
  • QR code (if enabled)
Then share your page using:
  • the public link
  • QR codes
  • embed snippet for your website
