In Resources, create each studio room, booth, or rentable item.For identical equipment (e.g., cameras, microphones), use: Set availability, time-off, and maintenance buffers in Schedule & Availability.
4. Define rental and session services
In Services, create booking options such as:- “Studio A – 1 hour”

5. Add team members (as resources)
If your sessions include photographers, assistants, or engineers, add them as Resources:Left Menu → MANAGE → Resources → + Add Resource

In Organization Menu → Settings → Payment & Checkout, connect Stripe.Then use each service’s Payment & Checkout tab to enable:

Use Events & Classes for group shoots, tutorials, or creative workshops.Attach Intake Forms to collect details like experience level or equipment needs.
8. Share your booking page
Customise your layout underOrganization Menu → Customize Booking Page.
Preview live, then share your public link, embed code, or QR code on your website or studio door.
