Quick Start

- Enable or disable the toggle for Multi-Booking.
- Click Save to apply changes instantly.
Note: Multi-booking is enabled by default.
How Multi-Booking Works
- Clients can add multiple services, event tickets, or resource-based bookings into one cart.
- All selected items appear in a unified checkout summary before payment.
- Each item keeps its own:
- Resource (e.g., Barber Joe, Room A)
- Duration
- Price
- Availability rules
- After checkout, Oskar automatically creates separate bookings in your Calendar — one per item.
- “Haircut + Beard Trim”
- “Yoga Class + Mat Rental”
- “Room Booking + Event Ticket”
Limit Bookings per Client
You can restrict how many appointments a client can book with a specific resource in one order.- Go to MANAGE → Resources → [Resource Name].
- Open Booking Capacity.
- Set a value under Customer Booking Limit.
Limit “Sauna Room” to 1 per customer to avoid multiple overlapping bookings.
Notes & Best Practices
- When multi-booking is disabled, clients can only book one item per checkout.
- The cart supports both free and paid bookings.
- Payments follow each item’s individual payment configuration (Stripe or offline).
- Multi-booking works seamlessly with:
- Add-ons & extras
- Sub-resources
- Events with multiple ticket types
- Overnight bookings
Multi-booking makes checkout faster, simpler, and more powerful — for both you and your clients.
