  • Send automated reminders by enabling the reminder toggle inside
    Left Menu → MANAGE → Services → [Service Name] → Notifications.
    This sends a reminder before the appointment starts and significantly reduces no-shows.
  • Require upfront payments in
    Organization Menu (top left) → Settings → Payment & Checkout.
    Prepayment or deposits discourage last-minute cancellations.
  • Set a cancellation notice period in
    Left Menu → MANAGE → Services → [Service Name] → Payment & Checkout.
    This gives clients flexibility while protecting your schedule.
