# Creative Studios

> Blueprint for photography, recording, podcast, music, and art studios.

### Who It’s For

Photography studios, recording rooms, podcast spaces, music rehearsal rooms, and art studios of any size.

### Recommended Oskar Setup

#### 1. Start with the AI Setup Agent

Chat with Oskar and describe your studio — for example:

> “We run a photography studio with three rooms and rental cameras.”\
> Oskar generates a draft setup with rooms, sample services, and pricing.\
> You’ll see a live preview of your booking page as you answer questions.

#### 2. Refine your setup

Rename rooms, adjust prices, upload your logo or cover image, and refine categories.\
When the preview looks right, click **Proceed with this setup**.

#### 3. Add studios, rooms, and equipment

In **[Resources](/documentation/core-modules/resources)**, create each studio room, booth, or rentable item.\
For identical equipment (e.g., cameras, microphones), use:

* **[Tracked Units](/guides/deep-dives-and-how-tos/tracked-units)**

Set availability, time-off, and maintenance buffers in **Schedule & Availability**.

#### 4. Define rental and session services

In **[Services](/documentation/core-modules/services)**, create booking options such as:

* “Studio A – 1 hour”
* “Recording Room – Half Day”
* “Day Rate – Studio B”

Add **Extras** (lighting kits, equipment rental, props, instruments) inside each service.

#### 5. Add team members (as resources)

If your sessions include photographers, assistants, or engineers, add them as **Resources**:\
**Left Menu → MANAGE → Resources → + Add Resource**\
Set their availability and connect them to relevant services.

#### 6. Set up deposits and payments

In **Organization Menu → Settings → Payment & Checkout**, connect Stripe.\
Then use each service’s **Payment & Checkout** tab to enable:

* deposits, or
* payment on arrival

Add tax rates and local currency in the same section.

#### 7. Host workshops and classes

Use **[Events & Classes](/documentation/core-modules/events-and-classes)** for group shoots, tutorials, or creative workshops.\
Attach **[Intake Forms](/guides/smart-tips-and-growth/intake-forms)** to collect details like experience level or equipment needs.

#### 8. Share your booking page

Customise your layout under\
**Organization Menu → Customize Booking Page**.\
Preview live, then share your public link, embed code, or QR code on your website or studio door.
