# Clubs & Sports

### Recommended Setup

1. **Chat with Oskar**\
   Describe your club — for example:
   > “We run a tennis club with four courts, three coaches, and weekly tournaments.”\
   > Oskar builds your draft setup with resources, events, and booking logic.

2. **Refine your setup**\
   Rename courts or coaches, set pricing, and upload your logo or cover image.\
   Once the preview looks right, click **Proceed with this setup**.

3. **Define resources**\
   Go to **Left Menu → MANAGE → Resources** and create each **court, field, or coach**.\
   Use categories like “Court 1–4” or “Coach A–C.”\
   Set working hours and blocked times in **Schedule & Availability**.

4. **Add events and practices**\
   Create recurring sessions or tournaments in **Left Menu → MANAGE → Events**.\
   For shared group sessions (e.g. open practice), use **Shared Booking** in\
   **Resources → Booking Capacity** to allow multiple players per slot.

5. **Enable payments**\
   Connect **Stripe** in **Organization Menu → Settings → Payment & Checkout**\
   to accept online payments for coaching sessions, tournaments, or memberships.

6. **Share and test**\
   Open your **Booking Page**, make a test booking, and check the full flow.\
   Then share your public link or QR code with members.

Your club’s schedule, coaches, and courts are now managed from one place — simple, flexible, and ready for play.
