# Collect Client Info

Collecting the right information at the right moment helps you deliver a smooth and personalized experience.\
Oskar lets you ask for essential info up front — while keeping the booking flow fast and friction-free.

## Add Custom Fields

Create your own questions, such as:

* “Special Requests”
* “Experience Level”
* “Allergies”
* “Preferred Instructor”

Add them under:\
**Organization Menu (top left) → Settings → Custom Fields**

Custom fields appear during checkout for all relevant services, events, or resources.

## Capture Notes & Remarks

Enable a simple remarks box (e.g., “Need a quiet room” or “Arriving with a stroller”) via:

**Organization Menu (top left) → Settings → Payment & Checkout**

These notes are stored with the order and appear in the calendar booking details.
