# Tracked Units

Track identical items (e.g., 5 bikes or 3 rooms) in **Left Menu** > **MANAGE > Resources > \[Resource Name] > Booking Capacity**:

* Select “Multiple Units (Tracked)”.
* Name each unit (e.g., “Room 1”).
* Decide if clients choose a unit or you assign it.

This prevents overbooking and keeps inventory clear.
