# Organization Settings

> Add your business details to brand your Booking Page.

Your organization settings shape the identity of your Booking Page and ensure your business meets legal and communication requirements.\
You’ll find everything under:\
**Top Left Menu → Settings → Organization Settings**

Here, you can define the essential information that appears across your Booking Page, confirmation emails, receipts, and integrations.

## What You Can Configure

### **Branding**

* **Logo** — Upload a logo that appears on your Booking Page and all client-facing emails.
* **Organization Name** — Displayed at the top of your Booking Page and used throughout notifications.
* **Website URL** — Add your main site for easy client navigation.

### **Business Details**

* **Address** — Required for locations, invoices, and legal communication.\
  Ideal for studios, clinics, coworking spaces, rentals, or any business with a physical presence.
* **Legal Contact Information**
  * Contact Name
  * Email Address
  * Optional phone number
* **Tax ID / VAT Number**\
  Displayed on invoices and confirmation emails where required.

### **Communication Settings**

* **Reply-To Email**\
  Set the email address clients should reply to when responding to confirmations or reminders.\
  This helps ensure replies go directly to your team instead of a no-reply address.

Every change you make is applied instantly across:

* Your **Booking Page**
* Client confirmation and reminder **emails**
* Invoices (when activated)
* Internal management dashboards
