# Customers

> Manage client profiles, booking history, and notes in one place.

The **Customers** module is your relationship hub — a secure, central place where every person who books with you has their own profile.\
It keeps contact details, history, and preferences organised automatically.

[Open Customers →](https://app.oskaros.com/dashboard/customers)

***

## Access

Go to **MAIN → Customers** in the left menu.

***

## Why It Matters

* **Keep records automatically** — Every client who books is added to your customer list, including their contact information and booking history.
* **Deliver personal service** — View past visits, preferences, and notes at a glance.
* **Understand your audience** — Filter by tags, total spent, or last booking date to identify loyal or returning clients.

***

## Core Features

### Customer Directory

A searchable table of all clients, showing names, emails, phone numbers, total bookings, spend, and last booking date.\
You can sort, filter, and export the list as a CSV file.

### Profiles and History

Click any customer to open their profile and see:

* Contact details
* Booking and payment history
* Tags, notes, and custom fields

### Tags and Labels

Create custom tags (e.g., “VIP,” “Student,” “Corporate”) to group and filter customers.\
Tags appear across the system for quick recognition.

### Internal Notes

Add private notes visible only to your team — for example, dietary preferences or personal details relevant to service.

### Communication and Payments

Each profile includes email communication history and all completed payments for easy reference.

### Status Management

Mark customers as **Active**, **Inactive**, or **Archived** to control their booking access and visibility.

### Custom Fields

Add extra fields — such as birthdays, membership numbers, or preferences — as text, dropdown, or date fields.

***

## Step-by-Step

1. Open **MAIN → Customers**.
2. **Search or filter** by name, contact details, tag, or booking data.
3. **Select a customer** to open their profile and review booking and payment history.
4. **Add tags or notes** to personalise service and remember key details.
5. **Update status** if you need to pause or archive a customer.
6. **Export** your customer list as a CSV file for reports or marketing tools.

***

## Notes

* Profiles are created automatically after a booking or manual entry.
* Deactivating a customer prevents new bookings but keeps history intact.
* Exported data follows your account’s privacy and GDPR settings.

The Customers module helps you understand the people behind your bookings — giving every client a name, a story, and a history you can build on.
