# Manual & Walk-in Bookings

> Log walk-ins, phone bookings, or create appointments manually.

Create bookings on the spot — for walk-ins, phone requests, last-minute changes, or internal scheduling.\
You can add both **regular service appointments** and **event attendees** directly from your calendar.

## Add a Regular Booking

1. In the **Calendar**, click **Add booking** (top right).
2. Choose **Regular booking**.
3. Pick a **Resource** (staff, room, or equipment).
4. Select a **Service** linked to that resource.
5. Choose the **Date and time** using the picker or by clicking an available slot.
6. Add **Extras** (if the service offers them). Pricing updates automatically.
7. Click **Add booking** to confirm.

If the appointment requires payment, the client receives either:

* a **payment link** (for online payments), or
* **on-site instructions** (for offline/cash bookings).

Payment behavior depends on the service’s payment settings.

## Add an Event Booking

1. In the **Add booking** modal, select **Event booking**.
2. Choose the **Event** from upcoming sessions.
3. Select a **Ticket type** (if multiple tiers exist).
4. Search for an existing **Customer** or create a new one.
5. Confirm by clicking **Add booking**.

Customers receive a confirmation email with:

* event details
* ticket information
* a QR code for check-in (if enabled)

You can manage attendees anytime via the event panel in the **Calendar** or the **Events** section.

## Multi-Booking

If a client wants several appointments at once — such as a **haircut + beard trim + massage** — use the **Multi-Booking & Cart** system.

Add multiple services, events, or resources into one cart and check out in a single step.
