# Calendar Views

> Switch between layouts to manage your schedule with clarity and speed.

See your entire schedule at a glance or zoom into the details — the calendar adapts to your workflow.\
Access it anytime under **MAIN → Calendar** in the left menu.

## Available Views

### **Month**

A broad overview of all bookings, events, and busy periods.\
Great for spotting trends, holidays, or long-term planning.

### **Week**

A structured layout for planning the days ahead.\
Ideal for managing teams, recurring sessions, and weekly workloads.

### **Day**

A focused view of all your appointments and events for a single day.\
Perfect for operational management.

### **Timeline**

A parallel timeline across resources or tracked units — especially useful for businesses with:

* rooms
* desks
* bikes
* spa beds
* courts
* any **multiple-unit** resource

This view makes it easy to spot availability conflicts at a glance.

### **List**

A compact list of all upcoming bookings and events.\
Useful when you want a quick overview or need to export/scan through future appointments.

## Filters

Use filters to narrow down what you see:

* **Resource** — View schedules for a specific staff member or room.
* **Service** — Focus on one offering (e.g. “Massage 60 min”).
* **Status** — See only confirmed, pending, cancelled, or completed bookings.

Additional controls:

* **Time range** — Zoom in (e.g. mornings only) or expand to the full day.
* **Timeline grouping** — Switch between grouped or individual resource units.

## Notes

* **Real-time updates:** Any changes made in the calendar immediately update availability and prevent double-booking.
* **Saved preferences:** Oskar remembers your last-used view automatically.
* **Instant switching:** Move between Month, Week, Day, Timeline, and List views without reloading.
